President Al-Zubaidi Performs Eid al-Adha Prayers at Ma'ashiq Presidential Mosque


President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) and Vice Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), along with Dr. Rashad Al-Alim, Chairman of the PLC, performed Eid al-Adha prayers at the Ma'ashiq Presidential Mosque in the capital, Aden.

President Al-Zubaidi, accompanied by the Chairman of the PLC, ministers, governors of the governorates, and military and security commanders, listened to the Eid sermon delivered by the Advisor to the Minister of Endowments and Guidance, Sheikh Sabri Fartout, in which he reviewed the virtues of the Day of Sacrifice and the great religious occasion that this day embodies, which Allah has decreed for His servants, believers, to thank Him for granting them success in performing obedience.

In the Eid al-Adha sermon, the preacher emphasized the importance of embodying the values of goodness, love, harmony, and tolerance that this holy day represents. He highlighted the significance of this day in the lives of Muslims and its symbolism of the cohesiveness, solidarity, and alignment of the Islamic nation in the face of all threats.

The preacher lauded the pivotal role of brotherly Saudi Arabia in organizing the Hajj pilgrimage, providing exceptional facilities, services, and full care for the pilgrims.

The preacher urged the PLC and the government to exert further efforts to normalize conditions in the capital, Aden, and the other governorates, praising the fraternal stances of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates in support of our people, asserting that these positions will remain engraved in the memory of the people for generations to come.
