President Al-Zubaidi: Our Armed and Security Forces are the Safety Valve of the South and the Guarantee of the Victory of the National Cause of Its People
President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zoubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), Supreme Commander of the Southern Armed Forces, and Vice-Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), chaired on Friday evening, an expanded meeting with the leaders of the Southern Military and Security Forces in all the land, sea formations, the Giants Brigades, and the National Shield Forces.
During the meeting, President Al-Zubaidi emphasized that the Southern Armed and Security Forces, with their various branches and the security and military tasks they perform, will definitely remain the safety valve of the South and the guarantee of the victory of the just national cause of its people.
In a speech to the attendees, including heads of bodies, directors of military and security directorates, governors of governorates, and commanders of axes and defensive and security units, President Al-Zubaidi said: "This expanded meeting gains its importance from the greatness of the role and tasks undertaken by our armed and security forces and the historic and national cause they have been shouldered in securing the present and future of the South and defending its territories, protecting its security and stability, as well as the cruciality of the challenges facing the current stage."
The President stressed the importance of strengthening the values of discipline, maintaining vigilance and high readiness, and being fully prepared to deal firmly with all challenges.
President Al-Zubaidi reiterated the vitality of integration and coordination between the military and security forces within the framework of unity of command and control, underscoring the need to redouble the efforts of qualifying and training, raising capabilities and caring for fighters in various aspects, and modernizing security and military plans according to the nature of the tasks and the requirements of the stage.
In the context of his review of the flying-colored victories achieved by the Southern Armed Forces, the President commended the great ultimate sacrifices made by the heroes in various fields and fronts, praying for the precious souls of the blessed martyrs and wishing the wounded heroes a speedy recovery.
At the end of his speech, the President praised the brotherly support and backing from the official brothers in the Arab coalition countries led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates for our armed and security forces in various aspects.
