President Al-Zubaidi Congratulates King of Belgium on National Day

President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) and Vice-Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), sent a cable of congratulations to His Majesty King Philippe of the Kingdom of Belgium on the occasion of his country's National Day.
