President Al-Zubaidi issues decision to form Supreme Economic Committee of the Transitional Council
The President of the Southern Transitional Council, President Aidaroos Qassem Abdulaziz Al-Zubaidi, issued a decree No. 21 of the year 2020 regarding the formation of the Supreme Economic Committee of the Southern Transitional Council.
The Supreme Economic Committee of the Southern Transitional Council in accordance to this decree is considered one of the permanent bodies of the Transitional Council and it is subjected directly to the President of the Transitional Council.
The Supreme Economic Committee is composed of a 27 qualified members of academics, experts, and technicians with the required experience, chaired by Dr. Abdul Salam Saleh Humaid Hadi, and his deputy is Dr. Jamal Mohammad Soror Mohammad, in which the regulations of the Supreme Economic Committee determine the tasks and powers of the committee and its mechanism of work and its relationship with other parties.
