President Al-Zubaidi Issues Decree No. (10) of 2023 on By-Law Regulating EBLL Work in Governorates and Districts
The President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) issued today, Thursday, Decree No. (10) of the year 2023 regarding the by-law regulating the work of Executive Bodies of Local Leadership (EBLL) in the governorates and districts.
The by-law specified in its provisions the mechanism for forming the local leaders of the STC in the districts, executive bodies, administrations, and supportive teamwork.
This by-law included organizing the work of the STC committees in the centers of districts and their sub-committees and the work mechanism, defining the specified tasks and oriented functions of each of them, the rights and duties of the members, and their relationship with the other bodies of the STC.
The last article of the decree is stipulated to be enforced from the date of its issuance, any prior decree that contradicts its provisions shall be considered nil and void and to be published on the official gazette and media of the STC.
