STC Secretariat Discusses Economic and Service Landscape Report in the Capital, Aden, and Governorates of the South

The General Secretariat of the Presidium of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) held its regular meeting today, Sunday, in the capital, Aden, headed by Major General Kamal Hamshari, a member of the Presidium of the STC and Acting Secretary-General.

The meeting discussed a report of the economic and service landscape in the capital, Aden, and the governorates of the South during the month of October of the year 2024, which studied a range of points that reflect the state of economic, living, and service deterioration caused by the fabricated comprehensive economic crisis.

During the meeting, Mr. Mohammed Al-Shaqqi, Assistant Secretary-General for Governorate Affairs, presented a detailed report on the inspection field visits, which included meetings with the local leadership executive body (LLEB) of the STC in Abyan Governorate and an overview of the work efforts and its most prominent obstacles.

The meeting reviewed the weekly activity report of departments of the Secretariat and the work they carried out in their various jurisdictions during the past period, in addition to reviewing and approving the minutes of the previous meeting.
