President Al-Zubaidi Congratulates President Vladimir Putin on Re-election as President of the Russian Federation

President Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) and Vice Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), sent on Tuesday a cable of congratulations to His Excellency President Vladimir Putin on the occasion of his re-election as President of the Russian Federation.

In the congratulatory cable, President Al-Zubaidi expressed his warmest congratulations and best wishes to President Putin for winning a new presidential term, wishing his excellency all success in this new term and achieving the aspirations of the friendly Russian people.

In his cable, President Al-Zubaidi referred to the distinguished relations that have existed between our country and the Russian Federation, reaffirming his keenness to strengthen the bonds of those well-established historical relations and develop them in a way that meets the aspirations of the two friendly peoples.
