President Al-Zubaidi Gets Briefed by Minister of PIC on Matrix of Externally Funded Projects

President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, the president of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) and Deputy Head of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), on Monday, met at his office, in the capital Aden, with Dr. Waed Badheeb, Minister of Planning and International Cooperation (PIC) in the power-sharing government.

At the meeting, President Al-Zubaidi was briefed by Minister Badheeb on the map of projects implemented with funding from financial institutions, funds, and donor countries, as well as the endeavours made by the government to restore relations with international organizations and funding institutions to meet the development, humanitarian, and relief needs of our people.

To the end of the meeting, President Al-Zubaidi received from Dr. Badheeb a detailed report on the work of the Ministerial Committee for Financial, Monetary and Banking Reforms, including a set of suggestions and recommendations to advance this vital sector.

The meeting was attended by Mr. Waddah Saif Mohsen, Head of Relations Department in the General Directorate for Foreign Affairs (GDFA) of the STC.
