President Al-Zubaidi Pays Reassuring Visit to Check on the Health of Southern Leader Abdul-Rahman Al-Jifri
President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, the president of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) and the vice chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), paid a reassurance visit to check on the health of the prominent southern leader and politician, Mr. Abdul-Rahman bin Ali Al-Jifri.
It took place on Sunday when President Al-Zubaidi paid a visit to Mr. Al-Jifri's house in the UAE capital, Abu Dhabi, after he was discharged from the clinic, where he was receiving treatment after suffering from poor health.
During the visit, the president was accompanied by Mr. Imad Mohammed, the office director of the Vice-Chairman of the PLC, wished the leader Al-Jifri good health, wellbeing, and longevity.
For his part, Mr. Abdul-Rahman Al-Jifri offered thanks to President Al-Zubaidi for checking on his health and affirmed his confidence in President Al-Zubaidi in steering the ship of the South and fulfilling the aspirations of the people of the South to achieve complete independence and establish the federal state of the South on all its internationally recognized national soil until May 21, 1990.
