The Office of Foreign Relations Department of the Southern Transitional Council in Britain called on the southern community, on Saturday, to attend the speech seminar held on the occasion of Independence Day, November 30, at the Hadfield Institute in the city of Sheffield. The seminar was attended by a group of academics, politicians, activists and citizens of the south, in addition to coordinating leaders from the Southern Transitional Council in Britain, and a number of social figures.
At the event, the president of the Southern Transitional Council, President Aidaroos Qasim Al-Zubaidi, delivered directly a phone speech to the participants in which he greeted the citizens of the southern community in Britain, and stressed on the stability of the Southern Transitional Council on the way to achieve the desired goal of the people of the south, which is the liberation and independence, and establishing the future civilized independent southern state.
President Al-Zubaidi said: "Our legitimate goals and aspirations, which we are delegated by our people for, we will never back them down, no matter what the difficulties are". He added: " Trust with full confidence that the price of going beyond the South will not be easy, and will not be paid by one party without a party, but will be paid by everyone who participated in it. It is easy to destroy a fragile wall that prevents you from your freedom and deprives you of your legitimate rights and aspirations".
At the seminar, the head of the Foreign Affairs Department of the Transitional Council, Dr. Aidaroos AL-Naqeeb, discussed a paper on the struggle of the southern people since the revolution of October 14 until the first independence achieved on 30 November 1967 and the formation of the one southern state,
He stressed that the second independence of the south will be soon, and it will be a different new south, with a better future and a democratic, civilized, decentralized state based on the peaceful transfer of authority, and will gather all Southerners with their different political aspects.

Saleh Al-Hajj, spoke about the historic necessity of the October 14 Revolution, which concluded with independence on November 30, praising the struggle of the southern people and their rejection for the injustice.
