The President of the Southern Transitional Council, Aidaroos Qasim Abdulaziz Al-Zubaidi, along with a number of leaders of the Southern Transitional Council, witnessed on Thursday the speech and military parade held on the occasion of the second anniversary of the establishment of the 1st Infantry Brigade. In his speech on the occasion, President Al-Zubaidi hailed the heroes of the brigade on the first anniversary of its founding, expressing his honor by the heroes and soldiers defending the homeland in all fighting fronts. President Al-Zubaidi said:" You heroes have been fighting in the battle of defending the Arab project led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, and you have scored great victories, you failed the Iranian project and its arm represented by the Houthi militias, and you won the war against extremism and terrorism, in which you prove to the whole world that you are able to protect and defend your homeland. " President Al-Zubaidi added:" You have raised the name of the South to the highest level, and have expelled the invaders after two decades of being on our land, you have become a great example of solidarity and in joint Arab defense." The President of the Southern Transitional Council stressed that it is time to stop the merchants of war, and prevent them from exploiting this war for their own interests, and it is a must to go through the right path to complete the liberation of the rest of the country. President Al-Zubaidi said: "Today, We and the forces of the Southern Resistance with the support of the Arab Coalition countries, we are all in a real war fighting against the Houthi militias and the terrorist organizations, headed by Al-Qaeda and ISIS. On this occasion we here renew our commitment to continue this war with our allies until victory, and to reach our just national goals. " President Al-Zubaidi added: "Our relationship with the Arab coalition, headed by Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, is a close one, and well known. He added: "We have no time to explain the details, but the Houthi militias understand and know our actions well on the ground since the time of war in the south, it's clear to them today in the West Coast, Sa'ada, and Morais, and tomorrow they will see it in Sana'a. " The President of the Southern Transitional Council presented the challenges that require everyone to redouble efforts to compensate for the lost time in the past years, especially in these difficult economic conditions, as well as the regional and international variables around us, and the major obstacles that we must overcome with our commitment and faith in the south cause and its legitimate aspirations, in which ignoring the South cause will lead to no peace to be achieved without it.
