President Al-Zubaidi Appoints Yahya Saleh Issa bin Afrar as Undersecretary of Socotra Governorate for Culture and Tourism Affairs
President Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, Vice Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) and President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), issued Decree No. (9) of 2025 on the appointment of an Undersecretary of Socotra Governorate for Culture and Tourism Affairs.
Article (1) of the decree stipulates the appointment of Mr. Yahya Saleh Issa bin Afrar as Undersecretary of Socotra Governorate for Culture and Tourism Affairs.
Article (2) of the decree stipulates to be enforced from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
