President Al-Zubaidi Emphasizes Importance of Dialogue Team's Continued Efforts to Bolster the Southern Home Front

President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) and Vice Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), met today, Sunday, with the Southern National Dialogue Team (SNDT), headed by its Deputy Head, Dr. Saleh Hussein Ahmed Al-Faradhi.

The meeting, which was attended by Dr. Saleh Mohsen Al-Haj, Head of the Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Authority (FAEA) in the STC, discussed the ways and mechanisms for translating the contents of the Southern National Charter into reality in cooperation with the various southern political components participating in the consultative meeting held in the capital, Aden, in May 2023.

In this regard, President Al-Zubaidi stressed the importance of the role entrusted to the SNDT in continuing the dialogue with the rest of the components of the South to strengthen southern alignment and consolidate the approach of national partnership in accordance with the principles of the Southern National Charter, emphasizing that the door to dialogue will definitely remain wide open to whoever would like to join the consensus and cohesiveness to build the aspired federal state of the South.

In turn, the Deputy Head and members of the SNDT affirmed their readiness to continue their dialogue efforts and work with all the political components that signed the Southern National Charter to translate the contents of the Charter into reality, expressing their appreciation and gratitude for the sincere efforts made by President Al-Zubaidi to support the dialogue efforts and his keenness to involve all national forces in shaping the features of the coming state of the South.
