STC President Issues Decree No. 23 of 2024 on Restructuring the LLEB in Socotra Archipelago Governorate

President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zoubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), issued on Wednesday, March 21, Decree No. 23 of the year 2024, the first article of which stipulated the restructuring of the Local Leadership Executive Body (LLEB) in Socotra Archipelago Governorate as follows:

1- Haroun Nabil Hussein Mizer, Head of Organizational Administration 
2- Naguib Mubarak Ali Abdullah, Head of the Political Administration 
3- Saeed Ali Suleiman Abdullah Al-Shazabi, Head of the Economic and Service Administration 
4- Sellal Jamaan Mubarak Amer, Head of Social and Public Affairs Administration 
5- Mohammad Salem Qassem Saad Al-Sidhi, Head of the Legal Affairs and Human Rights Administration 
6- Adham Mohammad Abdullah Issa, Head of Religious Thought and Guidance Administration 
7- Ammar Ali Mohammad Abdullah, Head of the Youth and Sports Administration 
8- Abdullah Ahmed Hammoud Ali Qash’i, Head of the Financial and Administrative Administration 
9- Othman Hadid Mohammad Othman, Head of the Martyrs and Wounded Administration 
10- Saleh Jamil Saleh Saeed, Head of Media and Cultural Administration 
11- Asma Nadher Ali Anini, Head of Women and Children Administration 
12- Fouad Mohammad Abdullah Salem Al-Shadrahi, Head of the Education Administration

The second article of the decree is stipulated to be enforced from the date of its issuance; any prior decree that contradicts its provisions shall be considered nil and void and to be published in the official gazette of the STC.
