President Al-Zubaidi Inaugurates First Session of the Assembly for 2024 and Founding Session of the Advisors

President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) and Vice Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), inaugurated today, Wednesday, the work of the first session of the National Assembly for the year 2024 and the founding session of the Council of Advisors of the STC.

This came during his visit to the two sessions held in the capital, Aden, where his excellency was briefed on the workflow and procedures of the discussion and the topics included in the two agendas.

In a brief speech, President Al-Zubaidi urged the members participating in the first session of the Assembly for the year 2024 and the first founding session of advisors to redouble efforts to reach tangible results that establish a democratic, civil, modern state in which law and order prevail.

In his speech, President Al-Zubaidi noted that the upcoming stage will be different at the organizational level in all the various bodies of the STC, stressing the importance of improving performance, being keen on real achievements, and working to consolidate the foundations of institutional work in the council’s bodies.
