As we celebrate this occasion, we seize the opportunity to reiterate our deep gratitude to your royal highness for your sincere fraternal positions towards the country and for your constant support for our people in various fields, which confirms the special interest you give to our people in particular and to the peoples of the region in general.

It is also a grand opportunity to renew our welcome and support for your tireless efforts to durably end the war and bring about peace to the country and the entire region, which comes out of the great responsibility placed on you in leading the Arab project, and we surely are confident that the peace you seek is what we all strive to achieve: a just, comprehensive, and sustainable peace.
