President Al-Zubaidi Gets Briefed on Plans and Program of LLEB in Abyan to Normalize Life in Middle Area

President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) and Vice-Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (LPC), met today, Tuesday, with the Head of the Local Leadership Executive Body (LLEB) of the STC in Abyan Governorate, Mr. Hassan Ghaithan Al-Kazmi.

The President was briefed by the LLEB of Abyan on the overall conditions in the governorate and the plans and programs of the LLEB in the governorate and districts to normalize life in the middle area and strengthen security and stability efforts there.

The President stressed the important role of the LLEB in Abyan and its districts, intensifying their efforts during the upcoming stage and enhancing coordination with local authorities in the social aspect to preserve the great gains made by the heroes of the Southern Armed Forces against terrorist elements.

The president urged the leaders and members of the STC in the governorate and its districts to get closer to the citizens, touch their worries, feel their suffering, identify their needs, and seek to relieve the difficult living burdens, highlighting that the stability of the situation in Abyan comes on the top of the priorities list for the leadership of the STC, given the importance it represents in the project of the aspired federal state of the South, and they will spare no effort for Abyan to obtain its right in a way that is parallel to its status, its economic importance, its  historical and struggle heritage, and the ultimate sacrifices of its martyrs, the last of whom was the heroic commander Abdul-Latif Al-Sayyed and his comrades.
