President Al-Zubaidi Highlights Strengthening Military Police Role

President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), Supreme Commander of the Southern Armed Forces, and Vice Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), met on Sunday morning with Major General Mohammad Saleh Al-Shaeri, Commander of the Military Police.

President Al-Zubaidi was briefed by Major General Al-Shaeri about the conditions of the personnel and command of the military police and the role of its units in enhancing security and stability in the Capital, Aden, and other governorates in the field of securing foreign delegations and vital facilities, especially offices of international organizations operating in the country.

In the meeting, the president stressed the importance of promoting the role of military police units to perform the assigned tasks of enforcing discipline in the security and military institutions and curbing lawbreakers

For his part, Major General Al-Shaeri expressed gratitude for the attitude of President Al-Zubaidi in support of the military police units, enabling them to carry out their assigned military tasks as expected.
