President Al-Zubaidi Congratulates President Al-Sisi on July Revolt Anniversary

President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) and Vice-Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), sent a cable of congratulations to His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the brotherly Arab Republic of Egypt, congratulating him and the brotherly Egyptian people on the 71st anniversary of the July 23 revolution.

In his congratulatory cable, President Al-Zubaidi expressed his sincerest congratulations to H.E. President Al-Sisi, the Egyptian government, and the brotherly Egyptian people on this precious national occasion, wishing him constant good health and happiness and the Egyptian people further progress, development, and prosperity under his wise leadership.

President Al-Zubaidi asserted that the July 23 revolution represents a starting point for the brotherly Arab Republic of Egypt towards glory and leadership and a milestone in the history of the brotherly Egyptian people, recalling the pioneering role of Egypt in supporting the Arab peoples in their uncompromising struggles for freedom, and at the forefront of that brotherly role with our people in the South, who enjoyed great Egyptian support throughout the glorious revolution of October 14, which culminated in independence on November 30, 1967.

In his cable, President Al-Zubaidi highlighted the depth of the distinguished bilateral relations that bind our country with the Republic of Egypt, affirming his keenness to consolidate those ties based on the principles of fraternity, Arabism, and the common Arab destiny for the benefit of the two brotherly peoples.
