Al-Jaadi gets briefed on work progress in Assistant Executive Authority for Hadramout Valley and Desert

The Deputy Secretary-General of the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, Mr. Fadl Mohammad Al-Jaadi, met today, Sunday, at the headquarters of the General Secretariat, in the capital, Aden, with the Assistant Executive Authority to the Local Leadership of the Southern Transitional Council for the Affairs of the Hadramout valley and desert districts.

Al-Jaadi started the meeting with a speech in which he commended the struggle of the people of the Hadramout valley and desert and their heroic steadfastness in the face of barbaric practices against them, stressing that the Transitional Council is keen to follow up the affairs of the valley and desert of Hadramout and its activities that reflect the southern identity and enhance the presence of the Council among the community.

The Deputy Secretary-General stressed the need to work in the spirit of one team, to throw differences behind their backs and to circumvent the issue of the south, especially since the enemies are lurking in it from all sides.

In the meeting, which was attended by a number of heads of departments of the General Secretariat, Al-Jaadi listened from Sheikh Saleh Salem Al-Amoudi, head of the Assistant Executive Authority for the Affairs of Hadramout Valley and Desert, a brief explanation of the workflow in the authority, and difficulties and challenges facing them, for the implementation of some of the approved activities and programs in its action plan.

The head of the Assistant Executive Authority and its members expressed their thanks for the pioneering and heroic role played by the leadership of the Transitional Council in order to restore the state of the South with its full sovereignty, and for the attention that the Transitional Council pays to Hadramout in general and its valley and desert in particular.

The head of the Assistant Executive Authority and its members indicated that Hadramout valley is experiencing difficult conditions that require everyone to be one hand to overcome all the challenges facing the work of the Authority in light of the circumstances surrounding Hadramout valley and desert.
