The Transitional Council and Al-Tilal Club commemorate fortieth of the late Southern Sports Captain Sami Naash

Al-Tilal Sports Club held on Wednesday, a memorial event for the deceased of the club and the southern sports movement, Captain Sami Naash, under the auspices of the Southern Transitional Council, and in the presence of Mr. Ahmed Hamed Lamlas, the Secretary-General of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, Governor of the capital, Aden.

In the memorial event, which was attended by leaders in the local authority, the leadership of Al-Tilal Club, family, colleagues, friends and fans of the deceased Sami Naash, a number of expressive speeches were delivered that reviewed the sports achievements of the deceased, and a short film was shown that reviewed excerpts from Captain Al-Naash’s sports career as a player and coach.

Moamen Al-Saqqaf, advisor to the President of the Southern Transitional Council, head of the Youth and Students Department in the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Council, confirmed that the loss of the southern sport with the demise of Captain Al-Naash is great and cannot be compensated, listing some of the achievements of the deceased, which he accomplished throughout his sports career.

For his part, Mr. Ramzi Naash, brother of the deceased, expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Southern Transitional Council and the administration of Al-Tilal Club for this generous gesture.

In turn, Captain Adnan Seboua, Vice President of Al-Tilal Club, expressed in a brief speech the appreciation and gratitude of the management, players and fans of Al-Tilal Sports Club for the late and for what he provided to the club throughout his life as a player and coach.

At the end of the event, Mr. Ahmed Lamlas honored the family of the deceased with a shield presented by the Southern Transitional Council, and another shield from the local authority in the capital, Aden, while the administration of Al-Tilal Club also honored the family of Captain Naash with the club’s shield.
