Al-Khobaji stresses the importance of civil society organizations in facing challenges in Aden the capital

Dr. Nasser Al-Khobaji, Acting President of the Southern Transitional Council, Head of the Negotiations Affairs Unit, met on Sunday, with a number of representatives of civil society organizations in the capital Aden.

The meeting discussed the work of civil society organizations and youth initiatives and the challenges facing Aden the capital, and the role of civil society organizations to help the Transitional Council, and the local authority and the government of parity to overcome these challenges.

At the meeting, Al-Khobaji affirmed the Southern Transitional Council leadership’s keenness to develop the performance of all civil society organizations and youth initiatives, and to work to strengthen the spirit of partnership, based on the active roles and direct contributions it makes to community service.

Al-Khobaji stressed the importance of investing the energies of youth, and providing all support for youth initiatives to fulfill their duty in the service and development fields in the capital Aden, indicating that the current battle is for young people, rehabilitating them, and developing their skills, taking advantage of their creativity and ideas in a way that is beneficial and useful to society, and working to restore the civil character of Aden the capital, and organizing awareness and educational campaigns to remove the effects and marks of the destructive war.
