The Media Department holds its first meeting with media departments of Aden the capital

 The media department of the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, held on Tuesday in the capital Aden, the first periodic meeting with the media departments of the Executive Authority for the Transitional Council of Aden the capital and the executive bodies in the districts for the current year 2021, in the presence of Eng. Nizar Haitham, member of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, Head of the Executive Authority of the Transitional Council in Aden the capital.

In a speech delivered during the meeting, Eng. Nizar Haitham stressed the importance of increasing the pace of media work and highlighting all activities of local departments and leaderships in the capital, indicating that the Media Department of the General Secretariat will evaluate the performance of the work of media departments in the capital Aden and all southern governorates during the next phase.

Dr. Abdullah Al-Haw, Head of the Media Department at the General Secretariat, had spoken at the beginning of the meeting by congratulating Eng. Nizar Haitham for winning the confidence of President Aidaroos Al-Zubaidi, for his appointment as member of the Council's Presidency and Head of Aden the Capital Transitional Council Executive Authority.

Al-Haw clarified in his speech the goals to be achieved as the outputs of this meeting, which includes linking work and uniting the practical energies to achieve the desired integration to reach a strong and capable media to raise it to the level of challenges and confront the counter-media against the South.

After that, Khaled Shouba, Director of the Media Department at the Transitional Capital Execution, presented an overview of the achievements made by the Media Department in the Transitional Council local leadership in Aden the Capital during the past year 2020, and the challenges that the department faced during the same year, and presented a set of proposals that would increase the pace of media work in the Transitional Council local leadership in the Capital.

The directors and members of the media departments participating in the meeting talked about the difficulties facing their departments, and provided perceptions and proposals that would enable them to perform their media tasks according to the required level.

The meeting came up with a number of decisions, including carrying out field visits by media department to the districts to help in the integration and coordination of work, as well as the continuous evaluation of the work of media departments in the districts to raise the level of their media performance to achieve the goals of the Transitional Council and the aspirations of our southern people
