The Presidency of the Transitional Council called on the Arab coalition and the international sponsors represented by the ambassadors of the Security Council countries, the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Mr. Antonio Guterres, and his special envoy to Yemen, Martin Griffiths, for rapid intervention to save the citizens from starvation and terrorism practiced against them in the south and north as well.
