Dr. Al-Wali meets with the Southern Teachers Syndicate

Dr. Abdul-Nasser Al-Wali, member of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, head of the local leadership of the Transitional Council in Aden the capital, met on Tuesday, the leadership of the Southern Teachers Syndicate.

The meeting discussed the latest developments of the strike carried out by the Teachers Syndicate to demand the teachers' rights, as Al-Wali got acquainted on the results of meeting the leadership of Teachers Syndicate with the Prime Minister regarding payment of teachers' dues and answering their demands.

The Teachers Syndicate leadership informed Al-Wali on the measures agreed upon with the prime minister, and about the parties that stand in the way of implementing these measures.

Dr. Al-Wali stressed on the keenness of the Southern Transitional Council leadership for teachers to get their full rights, calling in this regard to the responsible authorities to implement what was agreed upon with the Syndicate leadership to resume the educational process as soon as possible.

The Southern Teachers Syndicate leadership praised the leadership of the Southern Transitional Council its concern and its follow up to the status of educational process, and its efforts to provide the required environment for both students and teachers.
