Representative of Russian President receives two letters from President Al-Zubaidi to Russian leadership
Russian Deputy Foreign Minister, envoy of the Russian President to the Middle East and Africa, Mikhail Bogdanov, met at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Moscow on Thursday, with Dr. Ali Al-Zamki, head of the General Department of Foreign Affairs Office of the Transitional Council in Russia and independent states.
In the meeting, Dr. Al-Zamki delivered to Mr. Bogdanov two written letters from the President of the Southern Transitional Council, President Aidaroos Al-Zubaidi, to the Russian leadership, regarding the developments of events on the southern and Yemeni arenas, especially with regard to the contents of the Riyadh Agreement signed by the Southern Transitional Council with the Yemeni government early last November under the sponsorships of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia .
Dr. Al-Zamki expressed appreciation of the interest that the Russian Foreign Ministry places on the situation in the south, stressing on the Transitional Council's keenness to implement the full provisions of the Riyadh Agreement, according to its chronic mechanism.
