President Al-Zubaidi discusses with editor-in-chief of "Al-Ayyam" newspaper the southern media

The President of the Southern Transitional Council, President Aidaroos Qasim Al-Zubaidi, met on Sunday, in Aden the capital, Mr. Tamam Basharaheel, editor-in-chief of Al-Ayyam newspaper.

The meeting, which was attended by Dr. Abdul-Nasser Al-Wali, member of the Presidency of the Transitional Council, head of the Transitional Council Local Leadership in Aden the Capital, discussed a number of topics related to the southern media and journalism, and the current crisis of the media due to the war and the fight that imposed on the southerners, in addition to ways to break the siege on the southern media, and the denial practiced by official institutions on the media and journalism of the South.

The Leader stressed that the Riyadh agreement is an important gain for every southerner, and its implementation is essential to strengthening the partnership between southerners and the Arab coalition to cross towards a promising future for all.

President Al-Zubaidi appreciated the great role that Al-Ayyam played in supporting the southern liberation revolution and standing by the side of the oppressed and their issues.

For his part, Al-Ayyam newspaper's editor-in-chief conveyed to President Al-Zubaidi a number of issues related to southern media people, and their need for care and attention, Stressing on the importance of implementing the Riyadh Agreement outcomes towards serving the citizens in the first place.
