President Al-Zubaidi stresses on the importance of positive media that enhances culture of belonging to the South

The President of the Southern Transitional Council, Aidaroos Qasim Al-Zubaidi, met on Sunday in Aden the capital a number of southern journalists and media people from various southern media outlets.

President Al-Zubaidi stressed in the meeting on the importance of establishing committed, positive southern media that strengthens the culture of belonging to the South as a homeland and identity, and motivates society to work and contribute effectively to building the future and the foundations of the South desired state.

President Al-Zubaidi called on the southern media people to adopt a media discourse that strengthens the national unity of the south and enhances the community solidarity, and uncover the destructive ideas that seek to dismantle and frustrate the society.

President Al-Zubaidi pointed out that the Transitional Council will support and sponsor any media activity intended to serve this profession and its employees, and restore Aden glory in this area.

President Al-Zubaidi praised the contribution made by the media and southern activists during the past years, who are the cause of broadcasting the southern issue, both internally and externally.

The President of the Transitional Council, stressed that despite all the achievements, everyone is still required to reinforce his efforts, as we are in the process of building the institutions of the southern state, which its features are visible to us and its return is close.

President Al-Zubaidi reassured the southern media that the file of the southern issue is moving steadily and confidently, politically and on the ground, pointing out that our southern forces are achieving great victories while the enemy in retreat.

 

President Aidaroos Al-Zubaidi stressed that the future is for the Arab project from which we are part of, and the Iranian project is failing in light of the firmness of the position shown and defended by the Arab coalition countries led by Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

 

The attendants of media people and journalists of southern media, expressed their gratitude for this kind of invitation from the President of the Transitional Council, praising his keenness to meet all segments and components of the southern community, in which they addressed a number of issues and topics that are of a common concern for journalists and media professionals.

 

They also presented a number of ideas and proposals aimed at elevating the southern media work, and strengthening its message to reach the local, Arab, and international audiences.
