Holding the Founding Meeting to Announce the Leadership of the STC Executive Departments in Lahj

  Under the auspices of the President of the Southern Transitional Council, Major General Aidroos Qassim al-Zubaidi, the first constitutive meeting was held yesterday to announce the leadership of the STC executive departments in the governorate of Lahj, in presence of the President of the Transitional Council in the governorate, Dr.Fadl Hamash, members of the STC Presidency; Mr. Amin Saleh, lawyer Niran Souqi, a number of members of the National Assembly, representatives of Lahj districts and  a number of political, military and security figures of Lahj governorate.

  During restricted discussions , the members agreed upon the names of the  representatives of Lahj districts in the STC executive departments and announcing them later by the President of the STC Council in Lahj.

  The President of the Transitional Council in the governorate of Lahj, Dr.Fadl Hamash welcomed the members of the National Assembly and local leadership, conveying greetings of the President of the Southern Transitional Council, Maj. Gen. al-Zubaidi, to the inhabitants of Lahj.

  He pointed out that the coming tasks will be achieving independence and freedom and building a state that protects the souls, money, order and law.
Hamash said that the formation of the local leaderships is the result of  the efforts and sacrifices of the southern people through the stages of the struggle.

  He pointed out that the Transitional Council is the comprehensive framework of all the components of the Southern Revolution and it has the people's support, adding that the coming South is not the South of yesterday and that the Southern Transitional Council has a project of full sovereign southern state with an Arab identity, urging everyone to reinforce the values of tolerance and reconciliation and renounce all forms of division and conflict.
