The President Al-Zubaidi and the STC Members Perform Friday Prayers in Al-Shehr District
President of the Southern Transitional Council, Major General Aidros Qasim Al-Zubaidi along with members of the Council and citizens performed Al-Jumaat prayers at Al-Jame'a Al-Kabeer mosque in the district of Al-Shehr in Hadramout governorate.
In the Friday sermon , the Imam and preacher of the mosque Sheikh Yasser Ba-Abad talked about the deteriorating conditions in the country stressing the need for being responsible in facing the difficult situation caused by sky high prices and the collapse of the currency.
He attributed those deteriorating conditions that the country is passing through, to the prevalence of injustice and corruption of the state top officials who don't care about the people. He emphasized the necessity to return to Allah for salvation and to escape from suffering and bad conditions.
Following Friday prayers, the STC president Al-Zubaidi and the members of the Council exchanged greetings with the inhabitants at the mosque and discussed the deterioration of living conditions and the suffering due to the spreading of corruption.
