Al-Kathiri discusses with Sheikh Al-Jabri Recent Developments in Valley and Desert of Hadramout

Mr. Ali Abdullah Al-Kathiri, a member of the Presidium of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) and its official spokesman, discussed with Sheikh Hassan bin Saeed Al-Jabri, head of the Committee responsible for implementing the outcomes of the Hadramaut General Meeting (Haru) the latest developments on the conditions in the Valley and Desert of Hadramout.

The meeting took place on Wednesday with Sheikh Hassan Al-Jabri in the Al-Rudoud area of Hadramout Governorate, in the presence of a member of the National Assembly of the STC General Manager of Sah District, Sheikh Mubarak bin Aboudan.

In the meeting, Mr. Ali Al-Kathiri listened to a brief explanation from Sheikh Al-Jabri about the developments at various levels in the area, the steps that will be taken, and the important ways leading to effectively empowering the people of Hadramout to manage their affairs on the ground.

The meeting reviewed the most prominent developments and conditions of the governorate in various political, economic, and military aspects, in addition to the challenges and difficulties being faced and the obstacles that impede the provision of any positive action on the ground.

The meeting stressed the importance of southern cohesiveness and concerted efforts to stop looting and exploiting the natural resources of Hadramout by the hostile forces controlling over the Valley and Desert of the governorate.
