President Al-Zubaidi Hails Unlimited Support Provided to our Country in all Fields by the UAE
President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, the president of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) and the deputy head of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), received at his residence in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, on Tuesday, Mr. Mohammed Hamad Al-Zaabi, the ambassador of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to Yemen.
At the beginning of the meeting, President Al-Zubaidi welcomed Ambassador Al-Zaabi, lauding the brotherly role of the UAE with our people and the unlimited support provided by the leadership of the UAE and its government to our country to rebuild what was destroyed by the brutal Houthi war.
President Al-Zubaidi highly valued the immense humanitarian assistance of the brotherly UAE in various fields, foremost of which is the assistance in the security field and counter-terrorism, as well as its great support for our country in the fields of energy, health, education, cleaning and improvement funds, and other vital sectors directly related to the daily lives of citizens.
For his part, Ambassador Al Zaabi reiterated the position of the UAE in supporting our people and their leadership, represented by the PLC and the power-sharing government, in addition to all regional and international endeavours aimed at ending the war and bringing peace to our country.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Mohammed Al-Ghaithi, director of the General Directorate for Foreign Affairs (GDFA) of the STC and head of the Consultation and Reconciliation Committee of the PLC, and Mr. Imad Mohammed, office director of the deputy head of the PLC.
