President Al-Zubaidi receives a delegation from the National Accord Movement
The President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), the Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, at his residence in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, on Thursday evening, received a delegation of leaders from the National Accord Movement headed by Mr. Khaled Abdel Wahed Numan, member of the movement's supervisory body.
In the meeting, President Al-Zubaidi listened from Khaled Abdel Wahed, to a detailed explanation of the emergence of the movement, its contributions, and its political vision to end the conflict in the country.
President Al-Zubaidi stressed the importance of strengthening the national alignment at this critical stage in light of the Houthi intransigence and its rejection of all peace initiatives.
For their part, the leaders of the National Accord Movement congratulated President Al-Zubaidi on the formation of the Presidential Leadership Council, and the success of the Riyadh consultations, stressing their support for the leadership of the Council to accomplish its national tasks and get the country out of its crisis situation.
