Youth and Students Department organizes Consultation Meeting in Abyan Governorate

The Youth and Students department in the General Secretariat of the Southern Transitional Council organized on Wednesday a consultation meeting with the heads of youth and students departments of the local leadership in Abyan governorate and its different districts.The meeting aimed at discussing the future plans of youth and students departments of the local leadership in Abyan according to the general directions of the transitional council for the current year.The meeting reviewed the most important activities carried out by the Youth and Students Department in the local leadership, as well as in the districts in Abyan province, and the mechanisms of the plans to be implemented in this year.The meeting stressed on implementing the sport and cultural events during the holy month of Ramadan and the activities in high schools and universities.The Head of the Youth and Students Department in the General Secretariat of the Transitional Council, Eng. Nazar Haitham, praised in the meeting the role of the Transitional Council local leadership in Abyan governorate, and its achievements through the attention on the youth and the students who are the future of the South to achieve the ultimate goal of the southern people in the restoration of the state.The head of the local leadership in Abyan, Sheikh Abdullah Al-Hotari, and his deputy, Mohsen Abdul-Said, spoke in the meeting to the heads of departments of youth and students in Abyan about the importance of adhering to the guidelines to work with the young people and students and to enhance the national spirit and to get the benefit from the abilities and energies of youth, assuring that the local leadership will support and take care on the youth with their aspirations and talents to be improved.For his part, Abdul-Raqeeb Al-Sunaidi, Head of the Youth and Students Department in Abyan governorate, welcomed Eng. Nizar Haitham, the local leadership of Abyan, and members of the National Assembly who participated in the consultative meeting, thanking them all for their interest in the performance development and ensuring the maximum utilization of the abilities and creativity of youth and students.
