Secretary-General of Southern Transitional Council meets officials of Médecins Sans Frontières organization and reassures on wounded in the hospital

The Secretary-General of the Southern Transitional Council, Ahmed Hamed Lamlas, visited the surgical hospital of Médecins Sans Frontières in the Sheikh Osman district in Aden the capital. The Secretary-General praised the humanitarian efforts of the organization that contributes in alleviating the suffering of the wounded and their families by supporting the health sector in Aden the capital and the neighboring provinces. Lamlas met with the General Coordinator of the French MSF program, Razali Babekir, and a number of officials and doctors, in which he discussed with them a number of issues related to the work of the hospital and the medical and therapeutic services provided to those wounded on the frontlines. For his part, Babkir  expressed his appreciation to the visit of the Secretary General of the Southern Transitional Council, stressing that such visits will enhance the relationship and coordination between the organization and the Southern Transitional Council. After that, the Secretary-General of the Southern Transitional Council toured the surgical sections of the hospital, inspecting the conditions of the wounded and ensuring the improvement in their health, and wishing them speedy recovery, in which Lamlas praised the humanitarian role played by the MSF team in Aden the capital for their treatment of the wounded.
