Department of Women and Children organizes training course for kindergarten teachers in Aden the capital

 

Women and Children Department in the Southern Transitional Council organized a training course for kindergarten teachers in the different districts of Aden the capital.

The head of Women and Childhood Department in the General Secretariat of the Southern Transitional Council, Noor Fadhl Abdullah, inaugurated the training course and said that this session targets 40 educators from different districts of the capital Aden, noting that such courses are necessary to activate the role of kindergarten teachers and to revive and renew their information.

She stressed on the importance of establishing a plan that includes an integrated program that seeks to continue the training process as one of the factors that motivates kindergarten educators to improve performance and carry out the tasks assigned to them, noting that this training course is part of the Department of Women and Children in the Transitional Council program to improve the education and its cadres.

For her part, the Director of the Department of Kindergarten in Aden, Hana Basnid praised the Southern Transitional Council, representative by the Department of Women and Children, for organizing this session, which contributes in raising the level of planning and implementation for the kindergarten teachers, stressing that this session is important for educators to raise the level of dealing with children.

 It is worth mentioning that this training course will continue for two consecutive days at Al-Diaa kindergarten in Al-Tawahi district where kindergarten teachers will be trained on how to plan and implement the integrated experience guide in kindergartens and other skills in dealing with children.
