President Al-Zubaidi Meets the Regional Director of Geneva Call
President of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council Major General Aidros Qassem al-Zubaidi met in his office in Aden on Monday with the regional director of the Swiss organization Geneva Call, Ahmed Mansour and the Project Manager of the organization, Tamara Shehab.
The meeting discussed the requirements needed to open an office for Geneva Call in Aden to enhance cooperation with the Transitional Council in the legal fields and human rights.
President al-Zubaidi confirmed the keenness of the Transitional Council to facilitate the work of human rights organizations in the southern governorates in order to reflect the suffering of our people and to acquaint the world with the violations committed against them. He made it clear that that the Council will be an active partner of all the international organizations defending human rights, basing on his his belief in the importance of justice, triumph of rights and end of injustice in all its forms.
